Criminal Injuries Compensation
Specialty Forensic Service
The impact of a crime often extends far beyond the event itself. We are here to support your road to recovery and compensation. Our forensic psychologists specialise in providing the sophisticated, evidence-based reports required by the Office of Criminal Injuries Compensation (OCIC) to make informed determinations. We handle the assessment process with sensitivity and precision, ensuring the full psychological impact is documented—while also offering trauma-informed therapy to support your healing.

If you have been impacted by a crime and have an accepted claim for compensation and/or psychological support through the Office of Criminal Injuries Compensation (OCIC) in Western Australia, we are here to help.
Our qualified practitioners will conduct an assessment and write a report in order to help you receive your compensation payout from the OCIC. Our reports are sophisticated and evidence-based to assist the Assessor to make the most informed determination for your case.
Conducting an assessment will require that you attend our clinic for 1 to 3 hours on average (or via telehealth). There are no out-of-pocket fees for you to pay; the assessment and report fee is paid to us directly by the OCIC.
Additionally, we also provide confidential, trauma-informed psychological care tailored to support you in navigating the emotional and psychological impact of crime. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, or struggling with the long-term impact of trauma and injury, our team offers evidence-based, compassionate therapy in a safe and supportive environment.
