Eloise's Experience
Eloise is a Clinical Psychologist who completed her Master of Applied Psychology (Clinical) at Murdoch University. She has experience working across both private practice and not-for-profit settings, supporting adolescents and adults with a wide range of mental health concerns.
A Warm, Collaborative Approach
Eloise is an approachable and compassionate therapist who strives to create a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. She believes that meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship and works collaboratively with clients to build insight, navigate challenges, and work towards their goals. Her approach is person-centred, empathic, and reflective, with a focus on helping individuals become the best version of themselves.
Experience and Therapeutic Approaches
Eloise has experience supporting people experiencing anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, eating disorders, and other complex presentations.
She draws on a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), tailoring her approach to each individual's unique needs.

Inclusive and Individualised Care
Eloise also has experience working with neurodivergent individuals and people with intellectual disabilities, including those with expressive communication difficulties.
She is committed to providing inclusive, accessible care and works with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. Eloise is LGBTQIA+ affirming and values creating a therapeutic environment where all individuals feel respected, understood, and accepted.
Outside the Clinic
Outside of the clinic, Eloise enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets. You'll often find her at the beach, paddle boarding, or exploring new cafés and cuisines based on recommendations from those around her.
