Booking Deposit and Fees
A deposit of $100 is required for booking the initial appointment and all appointments booked online, payable by credit/debit card.
You must have a valid Mental Health Care Plan to receive the Medicare rebate.
Appointments are 55 minutes, with Amber offering 50-minute sessions.
Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP)
If your doctor refers you to a psychologist using a Mental Health Care Plan (MBS item 2715), you are eligible to receive Medicare rebates for a total of 10 sessions per year.
The rebate is processed at the time of the consultation and deposited into your bank account from Medicare within 24-48 hours.
NDIS
NDIS participants with self-managed or plan-managed funding (Capacity Building / Improved Daily Living) are eligible to access our services. These sessions are typically fully covered by your plan.
Unfortunately, we are unable to see NDIA-managed participants.
Private Health
Insurance Funds
Most private health insurers will cover at least part of your consultation fee. Please contact your private health insurer to see what they can cover.
Legal/Motor Vehicle/Workers Compensation/ICWA
Fully reimbursed by your insurer if eligible
