Monica is a Provisional Psychologist who works with children (10+), adolescents, adults and couples. She offers compassionate, personalised and evidence-based care to clients experiencing a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, intimate betrayal, anger and relationship difficulties. Monica has experience with a range of approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Prior to joining Bruce Psychology Monica gained six years of counselling experience working within private practice and as a member of two well respected counselling group practices.
