Experience
Monica has supported children, adolescents, adults, and couples for many years, drawing on her extensive background as a counsellor and her experience across various professional roles. She has experience with a range of approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
Prior to joining Bruce Psychology, Monica gained six years of counselling experience working within private practice and as a member of two well-respected counselling group practices. She's now in the final stage of her registration as a general psychologist, working closely with our principal psychologist.
