Individual Therapy

Most common type of therapy provided, in one-on-one sessions either in person or via telehealth with a practitioner for any condition listed on our conditions page, or for so much more, we’re here to help you Become Your Potential.

Individual therapy offers a safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges. 
 
Together, our team will work with you to uncover patterns, build coping strategies, and support your growth — helping you move forward with clarity and confidence.

 

Medicare rebates are available for individual therapy if you have a Mental Health Care Plan from your doctor. Alternatively, sessions may be fully covered if you have an approved claim through ICWA or Workers Compensation.

 

Private Health rebates are also available; please check your policy to see if you are covered.

 

Session length: 55 minutes

NDIS

NDIS appointments are here to support your goals and needs.
 
We guide you through planning, assessments, and accessing the right services — making the process simple, clear, and tailored just for you. 

Our Therapy Support service is for NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed with funding in their plan for Capacity Building Supports and the Improved Daily Living Skills support category.

Unfortunately, we are unable to see NDIA-managed participants.
